We have a user who insists on creating a folder for nearly every email based on who sent him the email. This has resulted in 7000+ folders. None of the folders has an item count over 6,000.
When he tries to move a new message into one of those folders it is taking 30-40 seconds.
No other users (200+) are having any performance issues.
